Motor Mechanic
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic (Service Advisor) with strong knowledge of European vehicles to join our growing workshop team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle vehicle inspections, diagnose faults, recommend repairs, communicate with customers, and coordinate workshop repair jobs efficiently
Requirements
01.3–5 years of practical experience as a Motor Mechanic
02.Strong knowledge of European vehicles, especially Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Land Rover and similar brands
03.Good experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
04.Ability to diagnose vehicle faults and identify mechanical problems
05.Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostic scanners and electronic systems
05.Good knowledge of engine, transmission, suspension, braking and cooling systems
06.Ability to carry out repairs independently and accurately
07.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
08.Ability to inspect vehicles, identify required repairs and recommend necessary maintenance
09.Ability to handle customer vehicle service requirements and explain repair/maintenance needs clearly
10.Ability to coordinate and monitor workshop repair work and ensure jobs are completed properly
11.Responsible, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team

01.Previous experience working specifically with European vehicles
02.Experience using diagnostic equipment / scanners
03.Knowledge of European vehicle spare parts and part numbers will be an added advantage
04.Experience in workshop coordination or supervising repair jobs will be an added advantage
💰 Salary
LKR 125,000 – 250,000
Salary will be based on experience, technical knowledge and skills.
