About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, tune-ups, and inspections.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues in light vehicles and SUVs.
Carry out engine, gearbox, suspension, and brake repairs efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience as a motor mechanic.
Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of modern automobile systems.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Vocational training or NVQ qualification in Automotive Technology is an added advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary: LKR 60,000 / month
Plus Commission: Attractive commission scheme based on jobs completed / performance.
