Adams Tyre Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a rapidly expanding tyre manufacturing and distribution company, is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Management Executive.

Marketing Executive
Location: Mawanella / Factory Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
*Assist the senior management team in planning, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day operations.
*Handle management reporting, data analysis, and decision-support documentation.
*Monitor production, sales, and admin functions to ensure smooth workflow.
*Coordinate inter-departmental communication (Production, Sales, HR, Accounts, Quality).
*Prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
*Support implementation of company policies, SOPs, and strategic initiatives.
*Ensure all documentation and processes meet compliance and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
>Degree / Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
>Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
>Ability to handle administrative work, documentation, and reporting independently.
>Experience in manufacturing sector (tyre/rubber industry preferred but not mandatory).
