Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage international sales through online B2B platforms (Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, etc.)
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and follow up with potential clients via email and phone
• Maintain strong communication with overseas customers and build long-term relationships
• Achieve sales targets and expand company market presence
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Prepare and manage sales reports and customer databases

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of online B2B sales experience, preferably in machinery or related fields
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in using Alibaba, Made-in-China, or similar platforms
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Good understanding of international trade processes (quotation, payment, shipment, etc.)
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
