Position: Sales, Marketing & Customer Care Executive
Are you a dynamic, creative, and customer-focused individual ready to take on a multifaceted role in sales, marketing, and brand development?
At TRÉSOR by Tiliz, we’re looking for a motivated team player who can blend communication, creativity, and strategy to drive our brand forward.
Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers through social media and other platforms to convert inquiries into sales.
-Provide friendly, efficient customer support and handle post-sale follow-ups.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s image.
-Create, script, and style content for social media promotions and videos.
-Track and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and conversions.
-Maintain brand tone and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels.
Qualifications:
-G.C.E. O/L passed (minimum).
-G.C.E. A/L completed.
-Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or content planning is a must.
-Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media will be an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Familiarity with social media advertising, content creation, and analytics tools.
