We are looking for a friendly and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer inquiries, explain wedding packages, and support wedding coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
Explain wedding menus, packages, and hotel facilities
Coordinate with clients during the planning process
Assist with wedding day coordination and event follow-ups
Support promotional activities and marketing tasks
Maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and client requirements
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain packages clearly and professionally
Organized, presentable, and good at multitasking
Experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is an advantage
