Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate the bar, service, and technical teams to maintain the brand’s quality standards.
• Handle daily cash flow, inventory, and operational reports with attention to accuracy.
• Coordinate entertainment schedules and work closely with DJs, hosts, and performers.
• Enforce company policies, including dress code, conduct, and safety protocols.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within F&B or nightlife.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead late-night operations confidently.
