Showroom Manager – Colombo 7

We’re looking for a confident, organised Showroom Manager to lead our Ward Place boutique. Someone who loves fashion, delivers great customer experiences, and keeps operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily showroom operations and visual standards

- Lead and guide the showroom team

- Deliver warm, personalised customer service

- Manage inventory, restocking, and new arrivals

- Coordinate with marketing + merchandising for launches and VM updates

- Handle sales reports and operational checklists

Requirements

- Strong communication + people skills

- Experience in retail/hospitality (management experience is a plus)

- Eye for detail and natural sense of style

- Proactive, organised, and solution-driven

- Sinhala/Tamil + English preferred
