Arranging maintenance and repair of cleaning equipment
Controlling monthly budget and estimates
Undertaking necessary administration and paper work (Specially Tenders)
Preparing the pricing of contract
Candidate Profile
More than 03 years of experience in the relevant field
(Especially in the Cleaning and Janitorial services)
A sound Educational background (Diploma / Certificate in Housekeeping)
Experience in recruiting of employees to the relevant field
Ability to handle clients and janitorial staff
Good command in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be added advantage)
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Age below 50 years
