HR Manager - Female

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and energetic Female HR Manager and Executive Manager to join our team. We are a large multinational, US-based software development and import/export firm, with offices in New York (USA) and Colombo (Sri Lanka)

Key Responsibility:

• Maintain Employee Records and HR Documentation

• Assist in employee relations and grievance handling

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles

Requirements:

• Candidates with professional qualifications or experience in the relevant field will be preferred

• Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead teams and manage multicultural workforce

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations; experience as an Executive Manager will be an advantage

• Ability to speak Tamil is an advantage
