ใใโช Bachelorโs Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (CIPM, PQHRM, or equivalent).
ใใโช Minimum 3โ4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably in the retail or service sector.
ใใโช In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
ใใโช Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory requirements.
ใใโช Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
ใใโช Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
ใใโช High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
ใใโช Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software systems.
ใใโช Ability to manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
ใใโช A proactive and result-oriented attitude with a people-first mindset.

ใใโช Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively.
ใใโช Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training and development programs.
ใใโช Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain updated employee files.
ใใโช Prepare and present HR reports and analytical data to management.
ใใโช Lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives across all branches.
ใใโช Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce development.
