👤Requirements
✔Age between 23 – 40 years
✔Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred
✔Strong spoken and written English is required
✔Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔Able to handle recruitment, interviews, staff attendance, and daily HR coordination
✔Diploma / HND / Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage
✔Male and female candidates are welcome
🌟Key Responsibilities
✔Handle recruitment and interview coordination
✔Screen CVs and arrange interviews
✔Manage staff attendance and daily HR follow-up
✔Maintain employee records and HR documentation
✔Support internal communication and office administration
✔Coordinate with management on staffing and employee-related matters
💰Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: LKR 100,000 – 250,000
💸The final salary package will depend on experience, English ability, and interview performance
