Job Overview:
Black Honey is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers.
As part of the Black Honey team, Housekeeping will play a key role in ensuring that the café and surrounding areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting the overall experience we provide to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• assisting guest with luggage to there rooms
Daly room changes, and turnovers
Maintaining uptodate mini bar records
Clean and sanitize and tidy all areas of the café, including dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor seating and rooms
• Handle routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, bed making and laundry management
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the café’s dining area during busy periods helping where needed.
Assisting with guest luggage taking to and from room on check in and check out.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the management team.
• dayly clean and Maintain the pool and garden
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and materials are well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications:
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude. English is a must
• Physically able to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and performing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus.
