Call Centre Executive

Job Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Provide accurate information on vehicle pricing, availability, and specifications
• Identify and qualify serious buyers before assigning to the sales team
• Update and maintain all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with potential customers and respond promptly to missed inquiries
• Ensure a smooth and professional handover to senior sales executives
Skills Required:
• Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of vehicles is an added advantage
Basic Salary:
LKR 60,000
Bonus: Attractive incentive for every Car Sold

Working Hours 9.30am - 6.30pm
Monday - Saturday
