About Us
Wasanthaye Mahagedara (Pvt) Ltd is a leading name in Sri Lanka’s wedding and traditional attire industry, recognized for our exclusive Nilame attire collections and outstanding customer experience. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager to lead our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all branches (Malabe, Kadawatha, Nittambuwa, and Kurunegala).
Supervise and guide sales, marketing, and administrative teams.
Manage accounts, payrolls, and daily cash flow.
Ensure smooth coordination between all outlets and the head office.
Plan and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Drive business growth through exceptional leadership and decision-making.
Requirements
Age below 35 - 45 years.
Proven experience in the wedding / fashion / retail industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and accounting operations.
Ability to handle multi-branch operations efficiently.
Excellent command of MS Word and Excel.
