Female Call Center Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Female Call Center Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only

• Good communication skills (Sinhala / English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Friendly and positive attitude

• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Provide accurate information to customers

• Handle customer complaints politely

• Maintain records of customer interactions
