Digital marketer manager
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company website. Develop and execute overall online sales strategies, being accountable for key metrics such as website traffic, user conversion rates, and sales revenue.
Social Media: Independently plan and manage our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). Attract target audiences and enhance brand awareness through diverse content formats including short videos, graphics, and live streams.
Sales Growth: Analyze user behavior data to optimize the website user experience and sales funnel. Plan and implement online promotional campaigns to directly drive consistent sales growth.
Traffic Acquisition & Conversion: Utilize various online marketing methods (including but not limited to content marketing, community management, KOL collaborations) to drive traffic to the website and efficiently convert that traffic into actual customers.
Qualifications Required
1、Three years of experience in digital marketing
2、Content Creation : Responsible for planning, shooting, and editing promotional images and short videos for company products. The core requirement is the ability to appear on camera personally, introducing product features and advantages naturally and fluently.
3、Creative Planning: Develop engaging video scripts and visual concepts that combine product selling points with platform trends to enhance content reach and conversion.
4、Software Skills: Proficiency in mainstream image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop), with the ability to independently manage the entire post-production process from filming to final output.
5、fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, with a presentable appearance and strong interpersonal skills,preferably female
