*Qualifications

#Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field

#(or equivalent hands-on experience)

#1–3 years experience in digital marketing (preferred)

#Good understanding of the Sri Lankan market

*Skills & Knowledge

#Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

#Meta Ads & Google Ads management

#Basic SEO knowledge

#Content planning and coordination (posts, captions, creatives)

#Email marketing basics

#Analytics & reporting (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)

*Responsibilities

#Manage and grow company social media pages

#Plan and run paid ad campaigns

#Create monthly content and campaign plans

#Monitor performance and optimize ads

#Prepare simple monthly reports

#Coordinate with designers and sales team

Tools (Preferred)

#Meta Business Manager

#Google Ads & Google Analytics

#Canva or similar design tools

Social media scheduling tools

*Soft Skills

#Good communication skills (English + Sinhala/Tamil preferred)

#Creative thinking

#Ability to work independently
