Data Entry Operator
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our back-office operations and ensure accurate data management.
Responsibilities:
* Enter, update, and maintain data related to inventory, GRN, and products.
* Print and manage barcodes.
* Verify data accuracy and correct errors where necessary.
* Organize records and maintain proper documentation.
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
* Follow company policies and procedures related to data handling.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in data entry or a similar role will be an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
* Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
* Basic knowledge of inventory or retail operations is a plus.
* Minimum G.C.E. O/L or equivalent qualification.
