Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
Perform KYC verifications accurately
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated cases
Stay updated on company products and services
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer support/service is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle different customer personalities effectively
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Residence within 25 km of Colombo preferred
Minimum qualification: G.C.E. O/L (A/L is an advantage)
Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil preferred)
Other Details:
Probation: 6 months
Reporting to: Assistant Manager – QA & Training, Customer Experience & Operational Support
Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 60,000 (based on experience)
Note: Must maintain KPIs on service quality and adherence
