Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media & calls

Handle orders and coordinate with the operations team

Follow up with customers and maintain records

Provide excellent after-sales service

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Sinhala required, Tamil/English is an advantage)

Basic computer knowledge

Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude

Previous experience is an advantage

🔹 Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to create engaging content for social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Edit promotional videos for TikTok, Facebook & YouTube

Add subtitles, effects, and music to videos

Work closely with the marketing team

Deliver high-quality content on time

Requirements:

Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools)

Creative mindset and attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines

Experience in social media content creation is an advantage
