📍 Location: Colombo 06 | 🕘 Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive customer calls related to loans and payments.
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and assist in recovery processes.
Maintain detailed call logs and update the system daily.
Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in call center, customer service, or recovery field (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Fluent in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage).
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy and ability to multitask.
