𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge is essential.

* Fluent in both English and Sinhala.

* Preferred age: 23 – 35 years.
