Construction Technical Officer

01 Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.

02 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.

03 Good knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and site supervision.

04 Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

05 Experience in monitoring daily site activities and ensuring work is completed according to project specifications.

06 Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction safety standards.

07 Ability to coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and site staff.

08 Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

09 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD is an advantage.

10 Ability to prepare site reports, work progress reports, and material requests.

11 A valid Sri Lankan driving license is an added advantage.
