01 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
02 Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction project management.
03 Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
04 Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards.
05 Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
06 Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
07 Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
08 Experience in contract administration and subcontractor management.
09 Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
10 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or other project management software.
11 A valid Sri Lankan driving license will be an added advantage.
