06 Knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and project documentation.
07 Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.

09 Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
10 Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
