COMMI JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assisting the Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Preparing basic food items such as stocks, sauces, and garnishes.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
COMMI REQUIREMENTS:
Basic culinary skills and knowledge.
Vegan food knowledge.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English is a must.
COMMI CONDITIONS:
Salary: 55000lkr + Service charge.
5 working days per week (37.5h).
Meals provided.
Accommodation not provided.
Possibility of growth in the company as it´s an expanding company.
