ใ~ใโช Create and issue purchase orders based on perform invoices from supplier.
ใ~ใโช Coordinate and follow up on the payment process to ensure to ensure timely settlements.
ใ~ใโช Call for quotations from local suppliers, prepare evaluation format.
ใ~ใโช Monitor and follow up on goods delivery timelines to ensure on-time receipt of spare parts.
ใ~ใโช Maintain accurate documentation related to purchase orders, payments and supplier agreements.

ใ~ใโช A minimum of 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably handling spare parts or a similar field.
ใ~ใโช Basic understanding of procurement principles, vendor management, and inventory control.
ใ~ใโช A Higher Diploma in Management/Supply chain Management from a recognized University or related Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
ใ~ใโช Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) with credit passes for English and Mathematics.
ใ~ใโช Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Sinhala languages.
ใ~ใโช Competent in working on MS Office packages.
