ใ~ใโช Posses a Diploma, HND or Degree in Information Technology. Undergraduates will also be considered.
ใ~ใโช One year experience in an IT support or networking role.
ใ~ใโช Have a basic understanding of networked systems (E.g., Routers, switches, and wireless devices) and willingness to learn advanced technologies.
ใ~ใโช Familiar with LAN / WAN concepts and network protocols (E.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
ใ~ใโช Have the eagerness for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues with guidance.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work additional hours when required.

ใ~ใโช Assist in setting up and maintaining basic network hardware and software under supervision.
ใ~ใโช Provide first-level support to end-users for network connectivity and IT hardware/software issues.
ใ~ใโช Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
ใ~ใโช Help maintain network documentation, including device configurations and connection diagrams.
ใ~ใโช Collaborate with senior IT staff to address technical issues and implement solutions.
ใ~ใโช Learn and support the implementation of network security practices to protect company data.
