Job Title: Asian Food Chef

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Asian Food Chef to join our team and bring their expertise in crafting exquisite Asian dishes to our café.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, prepare, and present a diverse menu of Asian-inspired dishes, including appetizers, mains, and sides, that align with The Coffee Craft’s identity.
• Maintain authenticity in flavors while innovating and creating new dishes to attract and delight customers.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Manage food inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective use of ingredients.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal specials and optimize menu pricing.
• Control food waste and contribute to the café’s sustainability goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as an Asian Food Chef, with expertise in a variety of Asian cuisines (e.g., Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, etc.).
• Culinary degree or professional training specializing in Asian cuisine is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
• Creative and innovative mindset for developing new recipes and presentations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate kitchen staff.
• Passion for Asian cuisine and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
