Willing to work night shifts
Salary Structure:Probation Period (3 months):4 days off per month
Base salary: 50,000 LKR
Full attendance bonus: 5,000 LKR (no bonus if more than 4 days off per month)
Night shift transport allowance: 500 LKR per day
Estimated total monthly income during probation: approximately 60,000 LKR
Working Hours:Two-shift system
Each shift: 7 hours
