We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Cashier to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Oversee and support the cashier team
🔸 Monitor billing accuracy and handle issues immediately
🔸 Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at billing
🔸 Conduct regular cash audits
🔸 Prepare daily/weekly cash reports for management
🔸 Coordinate with the accounting/finance team
🔸 Support training and ensure SOP compliance
🔸 Maintain proper change cash at all times
🔹 Requirements:
🔸 Previous experience in client handling and cashiering
🔸 Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔸 Ability to work on weekends and follow a 7-day rotating roster
