✔️ Female candidate

✔️ No experience required – Freshers are welcome to apply

✔️ Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills

✔️ Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

✔️ Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally

✔️ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information

✔️ Maintain call records and customer details

✔️ Coordinate with relevant departments when required
