Job Role: Call Center Officer
Main Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding courier services, delivery status, and company procedures.
Requirements (optional section if you want to include):
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in courier/logistics field).
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil an added advantage).
Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or tracking systems.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
