【~】✪ GCE A/L completed; a diploma in Customer Service/Marketing is an added advantage.

【~】✪ Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.

【~】✪ Strong listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations calmly.

【~】✪ Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems.

【~】✪ Prior experience in a call centre is an advantage.
