ใ~ใโช Excellent verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
ใ~ใโช Strong listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations calmly.
ใ~ใโช Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems.
ใ~ใโช Prior experience in a call centre is an advantage.
