Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to inquiries related to operations, logistics, billing, and services.
- Record and track customer interactions, complaints, and requests.
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Represent the company’s brand values through ethical and professional service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Successfully completed GCE Advanced Level (A/L).
- Prior experience in a call center, helpdesk, or customer service role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Language fluency in Sinhala, English and Tamil will be an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
