Position: Call Centre Agent (Recoveries)

Location: Rajagiriya

Requirements:

• Male and Female candidates

• Age below 28 years

• Unmarried candidates preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to handle customers professionally

• Candidates residing near Rajagiriya will be given preference

• No previous experience required. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via telephone regarding outstanding payments

• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records

• Negotiate and arrange payment plans when necessary

• Update customer information and recovery status

• Achieve assigned recovery targets

• Prepare daily call and recovery reports
