Call Center Agent / Digital Contact Centre Associate – Ninewells Hospital
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls to the Ninewells customer hotline
Record patient and customer information accurately
Direct inquiries to the relevant departments
Provide information regarding hospital services and procedures
Deliver professional and friendly customer service
Update call records and maintain call center documentation
Requirements
Willingness to work on a roster basis including night shifts
Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude
