👤 Requirements

✔ Age between 20 – 40 years

✔ No experience required (Training will be provided)

✔ Experience in Call Center / Customer Service / Collections is an advantage

✔ G.C.E. O/L completed

✔ A/L, Diploma, or HND will be an added advantage

✔ Strong communication and customer handling skills

✔ Willing to learn and achieve targets

✔ Male and female candidates are welcome

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Basic Salary: LKR 45,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

💰 Attendance Allowance: LKR 5,000

🎯 Monthly Incentives: LKR 10,000 – 50,000

🌟 Top performers can earn up to LKR 135,000+ per month
