Call Center Officer

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Call Center Executive to join our team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided leads.

* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

* Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

* Accurately update customer information and call records.

**Requirements:**

* Must own a laptop.

* Must reside near Colombo 08.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Previous call center or telesales experience is an advantage but not required.

**Working Hours:**

* Monday to Friday

* 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

* Weekends and Poya holidays off

**Work Location:**

* Onsite – Colombo 08

**Salary:**

* Fixed salary starting from LKR 37,000+
