Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency based in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team and support property sales and rentals across Colombo.
As a Call Center Executive, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries from property buyers, sellers, and tenants.
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Understand client requirements, qualify leads, and schedule property viewings for agents.
• Maintain accurate customer and property information in the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information on property listings, pricing, and documentation procedures.
• Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless customer handovers.
• Follow call scripts and service guidelines to ensure professionalism.
• Achieve daily/weekly KPI targets (calls, conversions, follow-ups).
• Support office tasks when required.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• 1+ year experience in call center, customer service, or sales (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
• Knowledge or interest in the real estate market.
• Experience with outbound sales calling.

• 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
