The Role
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Record and manage customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
Work closely with Sales & Supply Chain team.
The Candidates
Must be result-oriented with a positive and service-minded attitude.
Fluency in Sinhala & English is required; Tamil will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Care, Call Centre, or related field.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
