* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Provide accurate information about company products and services.
* Maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
* Record and manage customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
* Must be result-oriented with a positive and service-minded attitude.
* Fluency in Sinhala & English is required; Tamil will be an added advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Care, Call Centre, or related field.
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
