Business Development Manager – Education Sector

Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and pathway providers.
• Increase student recruitment numbers by expanding the company’s reach across local and international markets.
• Manage and support education agents on a daily basis while onboarding new recruitment partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential countries, programs, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, seminars, and education fairs to promote educational opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, communication, and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management review.
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education consultancy or international recruitment field.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with foreign universities, educational agents, or placement organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
