Assistant Manager – Sales (01 Position)

Leading Flooring Brand in Sri Lanka with 70% market share.
Location:
Kadawatha (Office-based)
Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
• Saturday: 9.00 AM – 1.30 PM (Half-day)
Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong B2B relationships and expanding the business through site visits, contractor engagement, and industry networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit B2B clients, contractors, developers, and project sites to promote company products/services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
• Maintain and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market insights to management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain brand presence in the construction industry.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or building materials sector.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to visit client sites and travel for business needs.
• Age between 25 – 40 years.
• Language preference: Sinhala & Tamil fluency.
• Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.
