Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Midigama - South coast

Shift: Morning shit and evening shift on rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning during busy morning hours.

Manage financial aspects, including cashing up tills and maintaining accurate financial records.

Work collaboratively with staff to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
