Key responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations (kitchen, bar, floor, and retail corner).
• Manage staff schedules, training, and discipline.
• Handle purchases, stock control, and cash flow.
• Maintain service standards and the Cafe atmosphere.
• Report to the owner on sales, inventory, and performance indicators.
