Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Manage All Export Documentation, Including Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Customs Declarations.
Ensure Compliance with Export Regulations and International Trade Laws.
Coordinate with Logistics and Shipping Departments to Facilitate Timely Deliveries.
Maintain Accurate Records of Transactions and Documentation.
Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients, Addressing Any Inquiries or Concerns Promptly.
Assist in Negotiating Terms and Pricing with Clients as Needed.
Monitor Market Trends and Provide Insights to Enhance Business Strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, or Related Field.
Proven Experience in Export Documentation and Logistics.
Strong Understanding of International Trade Regulations.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Export Documentation Software.
Ability to Work Independently and As Part of A Team.
