This role focuses on engaging with the Indian market, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting key marketing operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing activities targeting the Indian market.
Maintain and build strong relationships with Indian clients.
Communicate with clients clearly and professionally in Hindi.
Conduct occasional outbound and inbound phone communication when required.
Support the marketing team with market research, promotions, and client follow-ups.
Assist in monitoring market trends and contributing ideas for marketing strategies.
Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and the internal team.
Requirements
Fluent in Hindi with excellent spoken communication skills.
Ability to communicate with Indian clients without any language barriers.
Above 2 years Previous experience in marketing or client handling.
8-hour shifts with willingness to work overtime as required.
Must be available for on-site work.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
